7th Annual Arc@thePark - Community Partner Booth Registration 
The Arc @the Park
Sunday, May 5,  2023 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: The Bright Spot Playground at the Culpeper Sports Complex
Booth Set-up: 11:00 - 12:30
Volunteer Lunch and Picture: 12:00 - 12:45
All volunteers will receive a free T-Shirt (if needed) and lunch.

Event Details:
-- Organizations must provide their own tables and chairs
-- Organizations are strongly encouraged to bring a 10x10 tent to provide shade for the organization and participants. 
-- No power available.
-- Tables will be set up in designated spots in the parking lot.
-- Organizations are asked to provide a free hands-on activity at their booth

In the event of inclement weather, event will be rescheduled to May 19, 2024
